Deliverability protection is the same on Solo as it is on Company. A domain’s reputation doesn’t care which plan you are on.

New mailboxes start at 20 emails a day and grow 30% a day to the ceiling you choose.
One sending limit
Each mailbox gets one number for what it can still send today, inside its provider’s ceiling.
Bounce breaker
A mailbox over your bounce limit goes on hold, its sequences pause, and they wait for the rest of their audience to be validated.
Address checks
Typos, disposable domains and dead mail servers are caught before a bulk send.
Opt-outs everywhere
An unsubscribe or a “remove me” reply stops that person at every address and in every sequence.
Placement tests
Daily tests between your own mailboxes show whether mail lands in the inbox, a tab or spam.
Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
Every new company starts on a 14-day trial with no card needed. During the trial you can connect 2 mailboxes, keep up to 25,000 contacts and send up to 100 emails a day from each mailbox. Choose a plan any time to lift those limits; nothing you set up is lost.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is a person in your company. On Team and Company you pay for each person, and each seat brings its plan’s mailboxes — 5 on Team, 10 on Company. If you keep more mailboxes than your people bring, the extra mailboxes are billed as extra seats.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, from the Billing page. A plan that costs more is charged straight away, prorated, and takes effect once the payment goes through. A plan that costs less becomes a credit on your next invoices. Switching between monthly and yearly keeps your renewal date. A plan smaller than what you already use can’t be chosen — nothing is ever deleted to fit one.
How much do I save on a yearly plan?
A year costs ten months — two months free on every plan, in dollars and in rupees.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are before tax. Where tax applies, it is added at checkout and shown on your invoice. Rupee prices are before GST.
Who can pay in rupees?
Rupee prices are for companies in India. Everyone else pays in US dollars. Indian cards, including RBI e-mandates for recurring payments, are supported at checkout.
What happens if a payment fails?
Everything keeps working for a 7-day grace period while the payment is retried, and a banner asks an admin to update the card. After that the account is locked: sending pauses and nothing new can be added, but nothing is deleted, and everything resumes as soon as the account is paid.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from Manage billing and your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for, then stops. See the refund and cancellation policy for the details.
Do you charge per email or per contact?
No. You pay per person. Your sending volume is limited by your mailboxes, their warm-up and their providers — not by a meter on SalesScope.
