A sales dialer that turns your sheet into a call queue
SalesScope’s sales dialer works your list one card at a time: everything known about the contact on screen, the number one click away on your own phone or softphone, and the outcome logged with a single key.
- Outcomes logged with keys 1 to 7
- Callbacks come back on their day
- Calls go through your own phone
Cold calling software built around the list you already have
The dialer reads the same rows as the sheet, so there is no call list to export and nothing to copy back afterward.
Dial from the card
Each number is a phone link: your softphone or desktop calling app places the call. On a phone, the card fills the screen and the number dials from the phone itself.
Keyboard first
Keys 1 to 7 pick the outcome, Enter logs it and moves on, S skips, B steps back and E sends a quick email.
Callbacks and meetings on the call
Callback and Meeting booked ask when, in your time zone with the contact’s local time beside it, and book the task as you log.
Call recency
Anyone you called or emailed recently isn’t offered again too soon: 7 days at the first stage, 3 days once they have moved on.
One-click email
Send your default template from the card through your own mailbox, with five seconds to undo before it goes.
Do not call means never
Contacts marked Do not call are dropped from every queue, however it was put together.
A call queue built from your sheet, in sheet order
Press Dialer on any view and SalesScope queues the people in it from the top down, holding back anyone contacted recently or booked for a later day. Pick rows yourself and it dials exactly those. The queue resumes where your last session stopped.
- Strictly in sheet order, never shuffled
- Skipped contacts kept for a second pass
- Start from #1 whenever you like
- Notes and stage changes show in the sheet straight away

The day’s calls, follow-ups and meetings, overdue first
Today gathers everything due: callbacks you booked, call steps from sequences, follow-ups and meetings. Open the dialer over the list and work through it. Booked calls and meetings ring ten minutes before and again at the time.
- A working day that starts at 6am in your own time zone
- Each reminder rings once across your tabs and devices
- Snooze for 5 or 10 minutes
- A summary of yesterday on your first visit of the day
What the dialer does, and what it leaves to your phone
SalesScope does
- Builds and orders the call queue
- Shows everything known about the contact
- Logs the outcome, notes and call time
- Books callbacks and meetings, with reminders
Your phone or softphone does
- Places the call and carries the audio
- Uses your own number and calling plan
- Any recording — SalesScope records nothing
- Works on the device you already use
How a calling session works
Open the queue
Press Dialer on a sheet view or on Today, or pick rows and start a call session over exactly those.
Call from the card
Read the contact’s details, notes and when they were last contacted, then click the number to ring through your phone or softphone.
Log with one key
Press 1 to 7 for the outcome, add a note or move the stage, and press Enter. The next card is already there.
See what the session produced
When you finish, the session sums up its calls by outcome, and every call is on the contact’s timeline and in Analytics.
What a sales dialer does, and the kind SalesScope is
A sales dialer is software that lines up the people a rep should call, puts each one’s details on screen and records what happened. Dialers range from power dialers that ring one number after another to predictive dialers that ring several at once and connect whoever answers. They aim at the same thing: more conversations an hour, with less admin between calls.
Where reps actually lose time
On a list of cold calls, little of the time goes to dialing. It goes to deciding who is next, finding their details, writing up the call, remembering the callback and copying it all into the CRM. A good call queue removes those steps: the next contact is already on screen, the outcome is a keystroke and the callback books itself.
How SalesScope’s dialer works
SalesScope is a click-to-call dialer with a call queue and call logging built into the spreadsheet CRM. It doesn’t place or record calls itself: each number is a phone link that your softphone, desktop calling app or mobile phone dials, on the number and plan you already have. What SalesScope adds is everything around the call — the queue in sheet order, the contact card, one-key outcomes, notes written back to the sheet, and callbacks and meetings booked in your time zone with the contact’s local time beside it.
Call recency
Without a rule, the top of a 2,000-name list gets called every session and the bottom half never does. SalesScope holds back anyone called or emailed in the last 7 days while they are still at the first stage of your pipeline, and in the last 3 days after that. A booked callback outranks both: it brings the contact back on its day and holds them until then.
Calls and email together
Calls work best next to email. A cold email sequence can include call steps that land in the rep’s Today list, a quick email goes from the call card in one click, and every logged call feeds sales analytics: calls, connect rate and talk time. For timing follow-ups across both channels, see the cold email follow-up guide.
Frequently asked questions
Does SalesScope place or record calls?
No. Each number on the call card is a phone link, so the call is placed by your softphone, desktop calling app or mobile phone, on your existing number and calling plan. SalesScope doesn’t carry the audio or record calls. It builds the queue, shows the contact, and logs the outcome, notes and call time.
Which call outcomes can I log?
In the dialer, seven outcomes each have a key: Connected (1), Voicemail (2), No answer (3), Callback (4), Wrong number (5), Do not call (6) and Meeting booked (7). Logging a call from a contact’s page also offers Busy, Gatekeeper, Interested and Not interested. Connected, Interested, Not interested and Meeting booked count as connected calls in Analytics.
How do callbacks work?
Press 4 for Callback, or 7 for Meeting booked, and the dialer asks when — tomorrow at the next round hour by default — in your time zone, with the contact’s local time beside it when their number shows where they are. The task is booked with the call, rings ten minutes before and at the time, and brings the contact back into the queue on that day.
Why isn’t everyone on my sheet in the queue?
The Dialer button holds back contacts called or emailed recently — within 7 days at the first pipeline stage, 3 days at later stages — and anyone with a callback booked for a later day. The sheet’s summary bar says how many are held back and why. To call particular people anyway, select their rows and start a call session: it dials exactly those, except anyone marked Do not call.
Can I use the dialer on my phone?
Yes. On a narrow screen the call card fills the screen, and tapping the number dials from the phone itself. Outcomes, notes and callbacks are logged the same way as on a computer.
