Why SalesScope

Outbound shouldn’t need five tools and a spreadsheet to hold them together

Most teams prospect in one place, send in another, call from a third and keep the truth in a spreadsheet nobody trusts. SalesScope puts all of it on the same rows.

The usual outbound stack

  • Lists exported from the CRM and re-imported into the sender every week
  • Calls logged somewhere else, so emails keep going to people you just spoke to
  • A warm-up tool, a verification tool and a sender — none of them talking
  • Bounces discovered after the domain is already in trouble
  • Replies scattered across a dozen inboxes

Outbound in SalesScope

  • One sheet: the list, the audience and the call queue are the same rows
  • A reply, a call or an opt-out updates the contact everywhere at once
  • Warm-up, sending limits and address checks built into every send
  • A mailbox that starts bouncing goes on hold and tells you why
  • Every reply from every Gmail, Outlook and Microsoft 365 mailbox in one inbox
Everything in one workspace

The whole outbound motion, attached to the same row

Prospecting, sending, calling, replies and reporting share one record of every contact — so every part knows what the others just did.

Sales CRM

Every lead in one sheet you already know how to use

The list you prospect from, the people you call and the audience you email are the same rows. Nothing is exported, re-imported or reconciled — and nothing falls between two tools.

  • Import a CSV or paste from a spreadsheet; columns mapped for you
  • Several emails or phone numbers in one cell, tried in order
  • Stages, owners, sheets for every list, and a bin with Undo

Sequences that send like a person, from your own mailboxes

Write once with merge tags and a live spam check, then let SalesScope send each step inside the contact’s own working hours — threaded, paced across the day, and stopped the moment they reply.

  • Email, call and task steps in one sequence
  • Stops on reply, bounce, unsubscribe and opt-out
  • Open and click tracking, one-click unsubscribe headers

Deliverability

Guardrails that act before your domain pays for a mistake

A bad send costs every campaign that comes after it. So each mailbox gets one honest number for what it can still send today, and a mailbox that starts bouncing is put on hold before the damage spreads.

  • Warm-up ramps from 20 a day, growing 30% a day
  • Provider ceilings enforced: Gmail 500, Google Workspace 1,500, Outlook.com 300
  • A bounce breaker at 5% that waits for you to validate

How it works

From a spreadsheet to booked meetings in an afternoon

Bring your leads

Import a CSV or paste rows from any spreadsheet. Columns are mapped, duplicates flagged and time zones read from phone numbers.

Connect your mailboxes

Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook and Microsoft 365 in one click, anything else over SMTP. Each new mailbox starts its warm-up ramp straight away.

Launch a sequence

Every address is checked first. Steps go out in each contact’s working hours, paced across the day, and stop on a reply.

Work the replies and calls

Replies land in one inbox, calls in Today and the dialer, and every outcome lands back on the contact’s row.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is SalesScope?

SalesScope is an outbound sales workspace. Your leads live in one Excel-like sheet, and the same rows are your email audience, your call queue and your follow-up list. You send multi-step email sequences from your own mailboxes, call through your phone with one-key outcomes, and read every reply in one inbox — with deliverability guardrails that stop risky sends before they cost your domain its reputation.

Who is SalesScope for?

Founders doing their own outreach, sales teams working one pipeline, and agencies running outbound for several clients. There is a plan for each: Solo, Team and Company.

Does SalesScope send from my own mailboxes?

Yes. You connect Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook or Microsoft 365 in one click, or any other provider over SMTP, and every email goes out from that mailbox — not from a shared pool. Replies, bounces and auto-replies to Google and Microsoft mailboxes are read back into the Inbox automatically; SMTP mailboxes send but don’t sync replies.

How does SalesScope protect deliverability?

Every mailbox has one daily number that respects its warm-up ramp, its provider’s ceiling and your team’s caps. Every address is checked before a bulk send, a mailbox that starts bouncing is put on hold with its sequences paused, opt-outs stop a person everywhere, and every email carries one-click unsubscribe headers. See the guardrails.

Is there a free trial?

Every new company starts with a 14-day free trial with no card needed: 2 mailboxes, 25,000 contacts and up to 100 emails a day from each mailbox. SalesScope is in early access right now — ask for an invite and your trial starts when it arrives.

Can I bring my leads from another tool?

Yes. Export a CSV from your current tool or spreadsheet and import it — SalesScope maps the columns, keeps several emails or phone numbers in one cell, reads time zones from phone numbers and flags duplicates. You can also paste rows straight from a spreadsheet.

Do you have pricing in rupees?

Yes. Companies in India can pay in rupees: Solo is ₹999 a month, Team ₹1,999 per person and Company ₹3,499 per person, before GST. See all prices.

Your next campaign deserves a domain that still works next month

Bring your leads and your mailboxes. SalesScope paces every send, checks every address and stops the moment someone replies.
