About SalesScope

About SalesScope: outbound sales on one sheet, with guardrails built in

SalesScope is an outbound sales workspace made by CargoScope LLC. Every lead lives on one spreadsheet-style sheet, with email, calls, replies and reminders attached to the same row, and guardrails that stop a bad send before it costs a domain its reputation.

Why it exists

Why we built SalesScope

Outbound sales usually runs across four or five tools: a spreadsheet for the list, a CRM for the record, a sequencer for the email, a dialer for the calls and an inbox for the replies. Every handoff between them is a chance to lose a lead, email someone twice or call a person who already said no.

SalesScope starts from the opposite idea. The lead list, the call queue, the campaign audience and the customer history are the same records, seen from different angles. A rep should never have to leave the grid, and nothing should be exported, re-imported or reconciled.

The second idea is that sending needs guardrails, not just features. A domain’s reputation is shared by every campaign sent after the one that damaged it. When a list full of dead addresses goes out, the penalty doesn’t land on that campaign; it lands on every email the domain sends next, including the ones to customers. So SalesScope checks addresses before a bulk send, ramps new mailboxes up slowly, stops short of each provider’s daily ceiling and pauses a mailbox that starts bouncing. These run on their own, because a warning that can be ignored eventually is.

The third is ownership: mail goes out from the mailboxes you connect, not from a shared pool where someone else’s sending can affect yours. The fourth is honesty. Each mailbox has one number for what it can still send today, the same on every screen, with the reason beside it, and when SalesScope can’t do something, it says so.

Principles

What we hold ourselves to

Never leave the grid

Email, calls, replies, tasks and reminders attach to the row they belong to. The sheet is the product, not an export of it.

Guardrails by default

Address checks, a warm-up ramp, provider ceilings and a bounce breaker run automatically, because a domain’s reputation is shared by every campaign that follows.

Your mailboxes, your reputation

Mail goes out through the Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, Microsoft 365 or SMTP mailboxes you connect. There is no shared sending pool.

Honest numbers

One number for what a mailbox can still send today, the same on every screen, with the reason that limits it.

Say where it stops

SMTP mailboxes send but do not sync replies, and the dialer hands calls to your phone. We say so up front.

No trackers

No third-party scripts, analytics or advertising cookies, on this site or in the app. Scripts load only from SalesScope itself.

Guardrails

Guardrails, because a domain remembers

A bounce problem is never just one campaign’s problem. Mailbox providers judge the sender, so the damage from one bad list follows every email that domain sends next. SalesScope checks addresses before any bulk send, and when a mailbox’s bounce rate passes the company’s limit it holds the mailbox and pauses its sequences until the rest of the audience is validated and someone resumes them.

  • Every address checked before a bulk send
  • Paused, never cancelled
  • Warm-up ramp and provider ceilings
  • Opt-outs honored at every address

Paused by the bounce breaker

outreach@ridgelinelabs.io bounced 6.2% of what it sent this week — over your 5% limit. The mailbox is on hold for 48 hours and its sequences are paused. Nothing was cancelled: 312 emails wait exactly where they stopped.
