Cold email analytics and call activity in one report
SalesScope’s cold email analytics put your sequences and your calls side by side: sends, opens, clicks, replies, bounces and unsubscribes per sequence and per step, calls and connect rates, and your pipeline by stage — with each person’s numbers for admins.
- Results per sequence and per step
- Reply rates counted in people
- Bounce and unsubscribe rates flagged
Email campaign reporting that counts what matters
Every number comes from the same records your team works in, so the report and the sheet always agree.
Per sequence and per step
Sent, opened, clicked, replied, bounced and unsubscribed for each sequence, and for each step inside it.
Rates counted in people
Open, click and reply rates are shares of the people you emailed, not of emails sent, so a three-step sequence isn’t made to look a third as good.
Deliverability health
Bounce and unsubscribe rates across all your sending, flagged when they pass 2% and 0.5%.
Calls and connect rate
Calls today, over the last 7 days and over the last 30, with connect rate and talk time for the last 30 days.
Pipeline by stage
How many contacts sit at each stage of your pipeline, and how many of them were touched in the last 7 days.
Activity over time
Calls, emails sent and replies by day, week or month, as a chart or as a table.
See which step of a sequence earns the reply
Each sequence shows its sent, opened, clicked, replied, bounced and unsubscribed counts, and the same numbers for every step. A recipient list shows where each person stands — scheduled, sent, opened, replied or bounced — so you can see who is behind the numbers.
- Step-by-step results inside every sequence
- Each recipient’s status, searchable and downloadable as CSV
- Bounces and opt-outs measured against emails sent
- Open and click tracking on by default, switchable per sequence
Inbox placement and bounce rates beside the results
A low reply rate can mean a weak email or an email nobody saw. SalesScope puts each mailbox’s inbox rate from daily placement tests, and your bounce and unsubscribe rates, next to the results, so you can tell which.
- Inbox rate per mailbox over the last 14 days
- A week of bounces, complaints and unsubscribes for admins
- Health flagged above 2% bounces or 0.5% unsubscribes
- Each mailbox’s sends today against its limit
Sales activity tracking, from one rep to the whole team
Reps see the numbers for their own work. Admins see everyone’s, and the admin console breaks them down by person.

Where the numbers come from
The work happens in SalesScope
Calls are logged from the dialer or a contact’s page, emails go out from sequences, and replies, bounces and unsubscribes come back through the mailbox sync.
Every event lands on the contact
Each call, send, reply, bounce and stage change is written to the contact’s timeline as it happens.
Reports read the same records
Analytics, sequence results and the admin console count those same records, so the report and the sheet agree.
Take it elsewhere when you need to
Sequence recipients, the per-person table and the admin record download as CSV.
What to measure in cold email analytics
Cold email analytics tell you which part of your outreach is working: the list, the mailbox, the message or the follow-up. Most numbers can mislead on their own, so it helps to know what each one actually measures.
Open rate
An open is counted when a tracking image in the email loads. Some mail apps load images automatically and others block them, so an open rate is a rough signal rather than a count of people who read the email. Use it to compare one subject line with another, not as proof of interest. Open tracking works only on HTML email, and some regions require consent for it.
Reply rate
Replies are the number that pays. In SalesScope, open, click and reply rates are shares of the people a sequence emailed, not of the emails it sent, so a three-step sequence isn’t made to look a third as good as a one-step one. Auto-replies never count as replies.
Bounce and unsubscribe rates
These are measured against emails sent. SalesScope flags your sending when bounces pass 2% or unsubscribes pass 0.5%, and the bounce breaker puts a mailbox on hold and pauses its sequences once it has at least 50 sends and its bounce rate over the past 7 days passes your workspace’s limit. A rising bounce rate usually means a list needs verification; the cold email deliverability guide covers the rest.
Results per step
A sequence is several emails, and they rarely perform alike. Comparing steps shows whether the opening email or a follow-up earns the replies, and whether a late step is only adding unsubscribes. The cold email follow-up guide covers what to change when a step underperforms.
Sales activity tracking
Email results make sense only next to the work behind them. SalesScope counts calls, connected calls and talk time from the sales dialer, emails sent, replies and tasks completed, by day, week or month, and shows how many contacts sit at each pipeline stage. Admins see the same numbers for each person and for the whole team. Everything is counted from the contacts in your spreadsheet CRM, so the report and the sheet agree.
Frequently asked questions
How are open and reply rates calculated?
As shares of people. A sequence’s open, click and reply rates count the people it emailed who opened, clicked or replied, divided by the people it emailed. Bounce and unsubscribe rates are shares of the emails sent. Auto-replies are never counted as replies.
Can I see results for each step of a sequence?
Yes. Every sequence shows sent, opened, clicked, replied, bounced and unsubscribed in total and for each step, and its recipient list shows where each person stands. The recipient list can be downloaded as CSV.
Does Analytics include calls?
Yes. It counts calls today, over the last 7 days and over the last 30, with connect rate and talk time for the last 30 days. Connected, Interested, Not interested and Meeting booked count as connected calls. Talk time comes from the timer on the dialer’s call card.
Who can see the team’s numbers?
Reps see the numbers for their own work. Admins see everyone’s, and the admin console adds the team’s activity over time and a per-person table — login hours, calls, connected calls, talk time, emails, replies and tasks done — that downloads as CSV.
What time zone do the reports use?
Analytics counts reporting days in UTC, the same day the sending limits keep. Today and its summary of yesterday follow your own working day, which starts at 6am in your time zone.
