Comparison

SalesScope vs lemlist: a lemlist alternative with the CRM sheet built in

lemlist is a multichannel outreach tool — LinkedIn, calls, WhatsApp and a large lead database — that syncs with the CRM you already have. SalesScope suits teams that want the CRM itself, one shared sheet with calls, follow-ups and campaigns on the same rows; if LinkedIn steps and lead data come first, lemlist is likely the better fit.

If you are looking for a lemlist alternative, the first question is whether you need more channels or a place to run your pipeline. lemlist runs sequences across email, LinkedIn, calls, SMS and WhatsApp, finds contact data through waterfall enrichment, and syncs with HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive. SalesScope is an outbound workspace built around one spreadsheet-style sheet that is the CRM, the call list and the campaign audience at once, with an inbox for replies and reminders on the same rows.

Quick verdict

  • Choose lemlist if LinkedIn, WhatsApp or SMS belong in your sequences, you want built-in lead data, or you already run a CRM such as HubSpot and need outreach that syncs with it. Its Email plan is also inexpensive for email-only teams.
  • Choose SalesScope if you don’t have a CRM yet, or want the sheet you call from to be the CRM, with Today’s follow-ups, address checks before every bulk send and per-person pricing in US dollars or rupees.

Where lemlist is strong

lemlist is ahead of SalesScope in several places.

  • Multichannel sequences. On Multichannel Expert, a sequence can visit a LinkedIn profile, send an invite, a message, a voice note or an InMail, place a call, send an SMS, and branch on what the lead did. WhatsApp is an add-on.
  • Lead data in the same tool. Its pricing page lists a 650M+ lead database, and waterfall enrichment queries several data providers in turn for emails and phone numbers.
  • A low price for email-only teams. The Email plan is priced by volume, not people: US$69 a month for 50,000 emails or US$89 for 100,000, with unlimited users, senders and contacts.
  • Warm-up and deliverability tools. lemwarm comes with every plan, alongside inbox rotation, deliverability alerts and placement monitoring.
  • Calls with recording. In-app calling records, transcribes and summarizes each call, with local numbers at US$15 a month or your Aircall or Ringover line.
  • CRM sync and personalization. Native HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive integrations, Liquid syntax and custom images.

Like SalesScope, lemlist connects Google, Microsoft and SMTP mailboxes.

Where SalesScope is different

The CRM is built in

lemlist manages contacts and syncs with the CRM you bring. SalesScope is meant to be the CRM: every contact is a row in one spreadsheet-style sheet with stages, owners, views and your own columns. Press Dialer and those rows become the call queue; start a campaign and the same rows are its audience; replies, call outcomes and stage changes land on the row’s timeline. There is no HubSpot or Salesforce sync, so it fits a team without a CRM, or one ready to leave theirs.

Today and reminders

Each rep starts from Today: the day’s calls, follow-ups, meetings and tasks, overdue first. A booked callback or meeting rings 10 minutes before and again at the time, and call and task steps from a sequence land in the same list.

Checks that come with the plan

Every address is checked before a campaign or sequence can enroll it — syntax, typos of major providers, disposable and role addresses, the domain’s mail servers, and your own bounce and unsubscribe history — with no credits to buy. It checks the address and its domain rather than probing the mailbox. See email verification.

An earlier bounce breaker

lemlist alerts at 10% and pauses campaigns at 50%. SalesScope judges each mailbox on everything it sent in the past 7 days: once it has at least 50 sends and its bounce rate passes the workspace’s limit (5% by default), the mailbox goes on a 48-hour hold, every active sequence on it pauses, and its owner is emailed. Those sequences stay paused until the rest of their audience has been validated and someone resumes them.

One sending limit per mailbox

Instead of a warm-up network, each mailbox follows a ramp and shows one number for what it can still send today, with the reason that binds it: the ramp, the provider’s ceiling (Gmail 500 a day, Google Workspace 1,500 by default, Outlook.com 300), a person’s cap or its own setting. See deliverability guardrails.

Per-person pricing below Multichannel, in dollars or rupees

Team is US$39 per person a month against US$109 for Multichannel Expert, and plans don’t meter emails a month; each mailbox’s daily limit does. Companies in India pay in rupees: ₹1,999 per person a month on Team, before GST.

Pricing compared

List prices as of October 2026, before tax. lemlist’s Email plan covers the whole team at one volume-based price but has no calling or LinkedIn steps, and its pricing table lists the unified inbox only on Multichannel. Multichannel Expert is per user. SalesScope Team is US$39 per person a month, or US$390 per person a year.

A team of 3

  • SalesScope Team: 3 × US$39 = US$117 a month, or 3 × US$390 = US$1,170 a year, with 15 mailboxes and 250,000 contacts.
  • lemlist Email plan: US$69 a month for 50,000 emails, or 12 × US$55 = US$660 a year.
  • lemlist Multichannel Expert: 3 × US$109 = US$327 a month, or 3 × US$87 × 12 = US$3,132 a year.

A team of 10

  • SalesScope Team: 10 × US$39 = US$390 a month, or US$3,900 a year, with 50 mailboxes. Company (a workspace per team or client, no contact limit): 10 × US$69 = US$690 a month, or US$6,900 a year.
  • lemlist Email plan: US$69 a month for 50,000 emails or US$89 for 100,000; billed yearly, US$660 or US$852 a year.
  • lemlist Multichannel Expert: 10 × US$109 = US$1,090 a month, or 10 × US$87 × 12 = US$10,440 a year.

Read plainly: SalesScope costs less than Multichannel Expert at any team size, and more than lemlist’s Email plan. The Email plan is the cheaper way to send email from a team; when it reaches its monthly cap, active campaigns pause automatically, with an offer to move up a tier. SalesScope’s price pays for each rep’s sheet, call queue, Today and validation, so it fits when every rep calls and emails. Our cold email capacity calculator shows how many mailboxes a plan needs.

Switching from lemlist to SalesScope

  1. Export your leads. lemlist can export all leads or a filtered segment of a campaign as a CSV. Leave anyone who unsubscribed out of the import.
  2. Import the CSV into a sheet. Upload it (SalesScope takes .csv, .tsv and .txt files, not .xlsx), or paste rows from a spreadsheet, and map each column. SalesScope handles heading and preamble rows, flags duplicates, and keeps several emails or phone numbers for one contact.
  3. Connect your mailboxes. Gmail and Google Workspace connect through Google’s own sign-in, and Outlook.com and Microsoft 365 through Microsoft’s; any other provider connects over SMTP, which sends but doesn’t sync replies. Each Team seat brings 5 mailboxes.
  4. Recreate your sequences. Copy each email step’s subject and body, rewrite conditional text as plain copy with merge tags, and keep call steps as call steps. A LinkedIn or WhatsApp step can become a task step, so the rep does it by hand.
  5. Let the warm-up ramp run. A new mailbox starts at 20 emails a day and grows 30% a day to the warm-up ceiling, 200 by default. If your mailboxes already have a sending history, an admin can raise the company’s starting point (up to 300 a day) and ceiling (up to 2,000), always under each provider’s limit. Pause each lemlist campaign before its SalesScope version starts.

Bottom line

Pick lemlist when outreach runs across LinkedIn, calls and messaging apps, when you need lead data, or when a CRM you already pay for is the system of record. Pick SalesScope when you want the CRM, the call list and the campaigns to be one sheet, with Today’s follow-ups and guardrails on by default, at a per-person price well below Multichannel Expert. FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is SalesScope cheaper than lemlist?

It depends on the lemlist plan. Against Multichannel Expert, yes: SalesScope Team is US$39 per person a month and Multichannel Expert is US$109 per user (US$87 billed yearly). Against lemlist’s Email plan, no: it is US$69 a month for 50,000 emails with unlimited users, though without calling, LinkedIn steps or credits for new accounts. For one person, SalesScope Solo is US$19 a month. Prices as of October 2026.

Does SalesScope have email warm-up like lemwarm?

No. lemwarm warms mailboxes by exchanging emails across a network of 20,000+ domains. SalesScope ramps real sending instead: a new mailbox starts at 20 emails a day and grows 30% a day to a ceiling of 200 a day by default, and an admin can change both. Every mailbox also stays under its provider’s daily ceiling. Our email warm-up guide explains the difference.

Can I import my leads from lemlist into SalesScope?

Yes. Export a campaign’s leads from lemlist as a CSV, import the file into a SalesScope sheet and map each column; duplicates are flagged as it imports. Sequences don’t travel in the file, so recreate them in SalesScope, and leave out anyone who unsubscribed.

Does SalesScope have LinkedIn steps like lemlist?

No. SalesScope sequences have email, call and task steps. There is no LinkedIn, SMS or WhatsApp automation; a task step can remind a rep to do something on LinkedIn by hand, and it lands in their Today list. If automated LinkedIn steps are central to your outreach, lemlist’s Multichannel Expert plan is built for that.

Does SalesScope sync with HubSpot like lemlist?

No. SalesScope has no HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive sync; its sheet is meant to be your CRM, with stages, owners, views and each contact’s full timeline. Contacts can be exported as CSV unless an admin switches exporting off. If your company keeps HubSpot as the system of record, lemlist’s native sync is the better fit.

One sheet. Every lead. Every follow-up.

Bring your contacts, connect your mailboxes, and let SalesScope keep the sending safe while your team works the replies.
