Comparison

SalesScope vs Saleshandy: a Saleshandy alternative with a spreadsheet CRM and rupee billing

Saleshandy bundles cold email, unlimited mailboxes, a lead finder and a built-in CRM at flat plan prices, with calling as an add-on. SalesScope suits teams that want one shared sheet for calls, follow-ups and campaigns, billed per person in dollars or rupees; if you need lead data or many mailboxes per person, Saleshandy is likely the better fit.

If you are comparing Saleshandy alternatives, the two products overlap more than most: both have sequences, a CRM, an inbox for replies and a way to make calls. The difference is in the shape. Saleshandy sells flat plans with a set number of users, metered by active prospects and emails a month, with unlimited email accounts, warm-up and a B2B lead finder included. SalesScope is built around one spreadsheet-style sheet that is the CRM, the call list and the campaign audience, priced per person with mailboxes included and no monthly email quota.

Quick verdict

  • Choose Saleshandy if you want lead data and unlimited mailboxes in the price, run outreach for several clients, need LinkedIn and WhatsApp steps beside email and calls, or want a dialer with Indian numbers.
  • Choose SalesScope if your team works its own lists from one shared sheet, wants a call queue and Today’s follow-ups on the same rows, requires every address checked before a bulk send, and prefers rupee billing per person with no monthly email or active-prospect counter.

Where Saleshandy is strong

Saleshandy is ahead of SalesScope in several places.

  • A lot in a flat price. Pro is US$99 a month, or US$76 billed annually, for 10 users, unlimited email accounts, 30,000 active prospects, 100,000 emails a month and 4,000 lead finder credits a month.
  • Lead data. The lead finder searches 852M+ contacts and 42M+ companies; a verified email costs 1 credit and a phone number 6, and you pay only for verified results.
  • Mailboxes and warm-up at scale. Sender rotation across up to 1,000 accounts on Scale, unlimited warm-up, and done-for-you Google and Microsoft mailboxes from US$2.99 a month each.
  • Calls with Indian numbers. The dialer add-on buys numbers in the US, Canada and India (after a one-time business check), records calls and writes an AI summary to the prospect’s record.
  • More channels. Sequences can include LinkedIn and WhatsApp steps beside email, calls and tasks.
  • Agencies. Unlimited clients on every plan, separate teams on Scale, and white-labeling on Enterprise.

Where SalesScope is different

A sheet, not a board

Saleshandy’s CRM is a Kanban board of prospects, and you call from a task, a profile, a card or the Dialer module. In SalesScope every contact is a row in one spreadsheet-style sheet with inline editing, stages, owners, views and your own columns. Press Dialer and the rows in view become the call queue; start a campaign and the same rows are its audience; replies, call outcomes and stage changes land on the row’s timeline.

No monthly counters

Saleshandy plans meter active prospects (2,000 on Starter, 30,000 on Pro) and emails a month (6,000 and 100,000). SalesScope plans cap stored contacts (25,000 on Solo, 250,000 on Team, no limit on Company) but don’t meter emails a month or contacts in sequences; each mailbox’s daily limit decides what goes out, under the warm-up ramp and the provider’s ceiling (Gmail 500 a day, Google Workspace 1,500 by default, Outlook.com 300).

Checks you can’t skip

Saleshandy verifies at import unless you untick the box. In SalesScope no campaign or sequence can enroll an address nobody has checked — syntax, typos, disposable and role addresses, the domain’s mail servers and your own bounce and unsubscribe history — with no credits to buy. It checks the address and its domain rather than probing the mailbox. See email verification.

A breaker with a published limit

Both tools pause on bounces, and SalesScope spells out its rule. It judges each mailbox on everything it sent in the past 7 days: once a mailbox has at least 50 sends and its bounce rate passes the workspace’s limit (5% by default), it goes on a 48-hour hold, every active sequence on it pauses, and its owner is emailed. Those sequences stay paused until the rest of their audience has been validated and someone resumes them. See deliverability guardrails.

Today and reminders

Each rep starts from Today: the day’s calls, follow-ups, meetings and tasks, overdue first. A booked callback or meeting rings 10 minutes before and again at the time.

Billed in rupees

Companies in India are billed in rupees — ₹999 a month for Solo, ₹1,999 per person on Team, ₹3,499 on Company, before GST — and can pay by Indian card with an RBI e-mandate.

Pricing compared

List prices as of October 2026, before tax. Saleshandy Starter is for one user, so the team examples use Pro (up to 10 users) and Scale. Its dialer is priced billed annually, so the calling example is per year. SalesScope Team is US$39 per person a month, or US$390 per person a year.

A team of 3

  • SalesScope Team: 3 × US$39 = US$117 a month (₹5,997 in India), or 3 × US$390 = US$1,170 a year, with 15 mailboxes and 250,000 contacts.
  • Saleshandy Pro: US$99 a month, or 12 × US$76 = US$912 a year.
  • Saleshandy Pro with Dialer Starter: US$912 + 12 × US$23 = US$1,188 a year, with 1,000 calling credits a month and one number.

A team of 10

  • SalesScope Team: 10 × US$39 = US$390 a month (₹19,990 in India), or US$3,900 a year, with 50 mailboxes. Company (a workspace per team or client, no contact limit): 10 × US$69 = US$690 a month, or US$6,900 a year.
  • Saleshandy: still US$99 a month on Pro if 30,000 active prospects and 100,000 emails a month are enough. Scale is US$189 a month, or US$1,788 a year, for unlimited users and 200,000 emails a month; Dialer Pro adds US$55 a month billed annually.

Read plainly: on list price Saleshandy costs less for a team of three or more, and the gap widens with headcount; with its dialer added, a team of three costs about the same on both. SalesScope’s price pays for each rep’s sheet, call queue, Today and validation, with no monthly email counter. For one person, SalesScope Solo at US$19 a month costs less than Saleshandy Starter at US$41. Our cold email capacity calculator shows how many mailboxes a plan needs.

Switching from Saleshandy to SalesScope

  1. Export your prospects. In Saleshandy, open a sequence, go to its prospects and use Export at the top right; the CSV arrives by email. Leave anyone who unsubscribed out of the import.
  2. Import the CSV into a sheet. Upload it (SalesScope takes .csv, .tsv and .txt files, not .xlsx), or paste rows from a spreadsheet, and map each column. SalesScope handles heading and preamble rows, flags duplicates, and keeps several emails or phone numbers for one contact.
  3. Connect your mailboxes. Gmail and Google Workspace connect through Google’s own sign-in, and Outlook.com and Microsoft 365 through Microsoft’s; any other provider connects over SMTP, which sends but doesn’t sync replies. Each Team seat brings 5 mailboxes.
  4. Recreate your sequences. Copy each email step’s subject and body, swap Saleshandy’s variables for your sheet’s merge tags, and keep call steps as call steps. A LinkedIn or WhatsApp step can become a task step, so the rep does it by hand.
  5. Let the warm-up ramp run. A new mailbox starts at 20 emails a day and grows 30% a day to the warm-up ceiling, 200 by default. If your mailboxes already have a sending history, an admin can raise the company’s starting point (up to 300 a day) and ceiling (up to 2,000), always under each provider’s limit. Pause each Saleshandy sequence before its SalesScope version starts.

Bottom line

Pick Saleshandy when you want the most in one flat price: lead data, unlimited mailboxes, a CRM board, more channels and a dialer with Indian numbers. Pick SalesScope when your team works its own lists and wants the sheet, the call queue and the campaigns to be the same rows, with checks you can’t skip, no monthly email counter, and rupee billing per person. Unsure? Run one real list through each trial and see which your reps keep using.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is SalesScope cheaper than Saleshandy?

For one person, yes: SalesScope Solo is US$19 a month with 3 mailboxes, while Saleshandy Starter is US$41 a month (US$34 billed annually). For teams, usually not on list price: Saleshandy Pro is US$99 a month for up to 10 users, while SalesScope Team is US$39 per person, so a team of three pays US$117 a month. With Saleshandy’s dialer added, a team of three costs about the same on both over a year. Prices as of October 2026.

Can I pay for SalesScope in rupees?

Yes. Companies in India are billed in rupees: Solo is ₹999 a month, Team ₹1,999 per person a month and Company ₹3,499 per person a month, before GST; a year costs ten months. Indian cards work, including RBI e-mandates. Saleshandy’s pricing page can show prices converted to rupees, but its published plan prices are in US dollars.

Does SalesScope have email warm-up like Saleshandy?

Not the same kind. Saleshandy’s warm-up runs through TrulyInbox, a pool of 10,000+ accounts. SalesScope has no warm-up network; it ramps real sending instead. A new mailbox starts at 20 emails a day and grows 30% a day to a ceiling of 200 a day by default, and an admin can change both. Our email warm-up guide explains the difference.

Can I import my prospects from Saleshandy?

Yes. Export a sequence’s prospects from Saleshandy as a CSV, import the file into a SalesScope sheet and map each column; duplicates are flagged as it imports. Sequences don’t travel in the file, so recreate them in SalesScope, and leave out anyone who unsubscribed.

Does SalesScope come with phone numbers like Saleshandy’s dialer?

No. SalesScope’s call queue dials through your own phone or softphone, so there are no numbers to buy, and it doesn’t record calls. You log each outcome with one key and book callbacks in the rep’s time zone with the contact’s local time beside it. Saleshandy’s dialer is a paid add-on with numbers in the US, Canada and India, call recording and AI summaries.

One sheet. Every lead. Every follow-up.

Bring your contacts, connect your mailboxes, and let SalesScope keep the sending safe while your team works the replies.
