For sales teams

A sales engagement platform for SDR teams, with the guardrails built in

Every rep gets the same sheet, sequences and dialer. Managers get the controls a sales engagement platform for SDR teams should have: roles enforced by the database, a daily cap per person, one sending policy and one honest number for what each mailbox can still send.

  • Team plan: US$39 per person a month

Controls a sales manager can rely on

The Team plan is for a sales team working one pipeline. Reps get the sheet, sequences and dialer; admins get rules that hold however a request is made.

Three roles, enforced by the database

Admins run the company and see every pipeline. Managers work the team’s pipeline. Members work only the leads assigned to them, enforced by row-level security rather than hidden on screen.

A daily cap per person

Cap how much each rep sends in a day across all of their mailboxes, on top of each mailbox’s own limit and its provider’s ceiling.

Switches that apply to everyone

Turn sending, importing, deleting or exporting on or off for the whole company. A switch that is off is off for admins too.

Approval for big sends

Require an admin’s approval before anyone else launches a sequence to more than a set number of contacts.

A record of who did what

The admin console keeps an audit record of changes to people, settings and switches, and every export is written down.

Handovers that lose nothing

When someone leaves, an admin can hand their leads, calls, campaigns and mailboxes to a named colleague before removing them.

SDR tools

A dialer for the calling block, on the same rows as the email

The dialer builds a call queue from the sheet or from Today and shows the next contact’s card with everything known about them. The rep dials through their own phone or softphone and logs the outcome with one key. A callback or a booked meeting asks when, in the rep’s time zone with the contact’s local time beside it, and adds the task to Today.

  • Eleven outcomes, one key each
  • Callbacks and meetings booked from the call
  • Recently reached contacts held back
  • One-click email from the call card

See what the team did, and what it led to

Every sequence shows sent, opened, clicked, replied, bounced and unsubscribed, step by step and day by day. Calls and connect rates sit beside the email numbers, and admins see activity for the whole team. With placement tests switched on, each mailbox also shows its inbox placement rate over time, so a sender drifting toward spam shows up early.

Sending policy

One sending policy for every rep and every mailbox

An admin sets the rules once: where warm-up starts and where it levels off, the bounce rate that holds a mailbox, the Google Workspace ceiling, a daily cap per person and the company’s sending hours. An emergency stop halts all sending at once. Every mailbox shows one number for what it can still send today, and the reason that limits it.

  • Warm-up from 20 a day by default
  • Bounce limit of 5% by default
  • Daily caps per person
  • Emergency stop for all sending

Roll SalesScope out to an SDR team

Set up the company

Sign up as a team to get the admin console, then invite reps by link or email and give each one a role.

Connect mailboxes

Each rep connects their own Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook or Microsoft 365 mailboxes, or any other over SMTP. The Team plan includes five per person.

Set the policy

Choose the warm-up ramp, bounce limit, per-person caps and sending hours once. They apply to everyone.

Hand out the leads

Import the book, assign leads to reps, and let each member work only what is theirs.

Sales engagement platform for SDR teams

What an SDR team needs from a sales engagement platform

An SDR team multiplies everything a single seller does: the volume, the mailboxes and the ways one mistake spreads. A sales engagement platform for a team has three jobs a solo tool doesn’t: keep reps out of each other’s books, keep everyone inside the same sending rules, and keep calls and emails on one record so a manager can see what happened.

Reputation is shared, so the rules must be too

Reps often send from mailboxes on the same domain, so one rep’s unverified list can hurt the domain every colleague depends on. SalesScope checks every address before a bulk send, holds a mailbox whose bounce rate passes the company’s limit, ramps new mailboxes up slowly and stops automated sending just short of each provider’s daily ceiling. Email list verification and cold email deliverability explain why; deliverability features shows how each guardrail works.

Access that holds up

Hiding a button is not access control. In SalesScope, what a member can see is decided by row-level security in the database, so a rep sees only the leads assigned to them however the request is made. Managers work the team’s pipeline and hand leads out; admins see everything and run the company. Suspending someone blocks their access in the database and signs them out of every device.

One record per contact

When email, calls and replies live in different SDR tools, every handover loses context. Here a contact’s timeline holds every call, every email sent, every reply, stage change and task. Each rep’s replies from their connected Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook and Microsoft 365 mailboxes arrive in one Inbox, visible only to the mailbox’s owner and to admins.

Pricing that scales per person

The Team plan is US$39 per person a month, or US$390 per person a year. Each person brings five mailboxes, and mailboxes beyond what the team’s seats bring are billed as extra seats. A team of five pays US$195 a month for up to 25 mailboxes and 250,000 contacts. See plans and pricing, or how SalesScope compares as an Apollo alternative.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How much does SalesScope cost for a sales team?

The Team plan is US$39 per person a month, or US$390 per person a year, because a year costs ten months. In India it is ₹1,999 per person a month before GST. Each person brings 5 mailboxes, the workspace holds up to 250,000 contacts, and mailboxes beyond what your seats bring are billed as extra seats. New companies start with a 14-day free trial, no card needed.

Can reps see each other’s leads?

Not if they are members. A member works only the leads assigned to them, and row-level security in the database enforces it, so it holds however the data is requested. Managers work the team’s pipeline and hand leads out; admins see every pipeline and run the company.

Can we limit how much each rep sends?

Yes. An admin can set a daily cap per person that applies across all of that person’s mailboxes. Each mailbox also has its own limit, its warm-up ramp and its provider’s ceiling. The lowest one wins, and SalesScope shows which one it is.

What happens when a rep leaves?

An admin can hand their leads, calls, campaigns and mailboxes to a named colleague and then remove them, which ends their access to the workspace. To stop someone at once, suspend them: their access is blocked in the database and they are signed out of every device.

Does SalesScope record calls?

No. The dialer hands each number to the rep’s own phone or softphone, and SalesScope neither places nor records calls. Reps log the outcome with one key, and calls and connect rates show up in sales analytics.

We run several teams or brands. Which plan fits?

The Company plan gives each team, brand or client its own workspace on one bill, with 10 mailboxes per person and no contact limit, billed from 10 seats. See SalesScope for agencies.

Bring your contacts, connect your mailboxes, and let SalesScope keep the sending safe while your team works the replies.
