For agencies

Cold email software for agencies running outbound for many clients

SalesScope is cold email software for agencies that keeps clients apart: every client gets a workspace with their own contacts, mailboxes, sequences and results, all on one bill. Guardrails stop a bad list before it costs a client’s domain its reputation.

Cold email software built to keep clients apart

The Company plan is for several teams, brands or clients on one bill. Each client gets a workspace, and what happens in it stays there.

A workspace per client

Each client’s contacts, mailboxes, sequences, replies and analytics live in their own workspace, and the database refuses a row that points into another one.

The client’s own mailboxes

Send from mailboxes on the client’s domain, connected with Google or Microsoft sign-in, or over SMTP. No shared sending pool mixes one client’s reputation with another’s.

Roles in every workspace

Each person has a role in each workspace they belong to, and members see only the leads assigned to them. People in several workspaces switch between them from the header.

The same guardrails everywhere

Address checks before every bulk send, a warm-up ramp, provider ceilings and a bounce breaker run in every client’s workspace.

Sender domain checks

SPF, DKIM and DMARC are checked for every domain a mailbox sends from, with the fix explained for its provider.

One bill

Every workspace sits on one Company plan: US$69 per person a month, 10 mailboxes per person and no contact limit.

Sending limits

One honest sending number for every client mailbox

Every mailbox shows one number for what it can still send today, the same on every screen, with the reason that limits it: warm-up, the provider’s ceiling, a person’s cap, the mailbox’s own setting or a hold. When you plan volume across ten clients, that is the number you plan around.

  • Warm-up from 20 a day, about 30% more each day
  • Gmail capped at 500 a day
  • Google Workspace at 1,500 by default
  • Automated sends stop short of the ceiling

Bounce breaker

A bad list pauses itself before it hurts the client’s domain

Clients hand you lists of every quality. SalesScope checks each address and its domain before any bulk send. If a mailbox’s bounce rate still passes the limit (5% by default, judged after 50 sends), the mailbox is held, every sequence sending from it pauses with the reason, and its owner gets an email. Nothing is cancelled: once the remaining audience is validated, you resume where it stopped.

  • Unchecked addresses are never enrolled
  • Bounced and unsubscribed addresses suppressed
  • Paused, never cancelled
  • Resumed only after validation

Paused by the bounce breaker

outreach@ridgelinelabs.io bounced 6.2% of what it sent this week — over your 5% limit. The mailbox is on hold for 48 hours and its sequences are paused. Nothing was cancelled: 312 emails wait exactly where they stopped.

Onboard a new client in four steps

Open a workspace

Give the client a workspace of their own on your Company plan, and invite the people who will work it.

Connect their mailboxes

Connect mailboxes on the client’s sending domain, then check its SPF, DKIM and DMARC on screen.

Import and validate

Import the client’s list with column mapping, then validate it. Nothing unchecked is enrolled in a sequence.

Launch and report

Run sequences inside the client’s sending hours and report from that workspace’s analytics.

Cold email for multiple clients

How to manage cold email for multiple clients

Running cold email for multiple clients is mostly a separation problem. Each client has its own list, its own domain and its own idea of a good week. The risk is that work for one leaks into another: a contact emailed from the wrong mailbox, a list uploaded into the wrong campaign, a bounce problem in one account that drags down a domain another client depends on.

Keep data, mailboxes and reputation apart

In SalesScope each client is a workspace. Contacts, mailboxes, sequences, replies and analytics belong to it, and row-level security keyed on workspace membership decides who can see them. Every reference between rows carries its workspace, so the database refuses a row that points across clients. Send from mailboxes on each client’s own domain rather than a shared pool: their reputation stays theirs, and so does the damage a bad list can do. The security overview has the details.

Plan capacity per client

Volume is a function of mailboxes and time. A new mailbox starts at 20 emails a day by default and ramps about 30% a day to 200, so a client who wants 1,000 emails a day needs at least five warmed-up mailboxes. The Company plan includes 10 mailboxes per person. Use the capacity calculator to size each client before you promise a number, and read the email warm-up guide to see why the ramp exists.

Stay compliant on the client’s behalf

Every campaign email carries an unsubscribe link and one-click unsubscribe headers, and an opt-out stops that person at every address and in every sequence in the workspace. Your clients are still responsible for who they contact and why. Read cold email compliance and our acceptable use policy before you launch; neither is legal advice.

One bill, simple maths

The Company plan is US$69 per person a month, or US$690 per person a year, billed from 10 seats, so the smallest monthly Company bill is US$690. Each person counts once however many client workspaces they work in, and there is no charge per workspace or per contact. See pricing, or how SalesScope compares as a Smartlead alternative.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How much does SalesScope cost for an agency?

Agencies use the Company plan: US$69 per person a month, or US$690 per person a year, billed from 10 seats. In India it is ₹3,499 per person a month before GST. It includes a workspace for each client, 10 mailboxes per person and no contact limit, all on one bill. Write to sales@salesscope.io to set up a Company plan for your agency.

Is each client’s data kept separate?

Yes. Each client has its own workspace. Row-level security keyed on workspace membership decides who can read every row, and every reference between rows carries its workspace, so a row cannot point into another client’s workspace, even from SalesScope’s own service role. People see only the workspaces they belong to. More on our security page.

Do we send from our mailboxes or the client’s?

From whichever mailboxes you connect to that client’s workspace, usually mailboxes on the client’s own domain. Gmail and Google Workspace connect with Google sign-in, and Outlook.com and Microsoft 365 with Microsoft sign-in; other providers connect over SMTP, which sends but does not sync replies. SalesScope has no shared sending pool.

What happens if one client’s list is bad?

Addresses are checked before any bulk send, and nothing unchecked is enrolled. If a mailbox’s bounce rate still passes the limit, that mailbox is held and its sequences pause until the remaining audience is validated. Other clients’ mailboxes keep sending, because they are separate mailboxes in separate workspaces.

Can one person work across several client workspaces?

Yes. A person can belong to several workspaces, with a role in each, and switches between them from the header. On the Company plan each active person is billed as one seat, however many workspaces they work in.

One sheet. Every lead. Every follow-up.

Bring your contacts, connect your mailboxes, and let SalesScope keep the sending safe while your team works the replies.
